Book Review

For this next book of The Broken Lands, we again follow Eva and Caden as they struggle to maintain good relations with the Kyren, a group of mythical creatures that is part horse and part bird. Fallon Hawkvale has asked Eva with acquiring and maintaining a treaty of alliance with The Kyren, and with Caden as her protector Eva goes from a nobody in the ranks of the Trateri, to one of the most important people in the Broken lands. But when unexpected visitors Jeopardize the treaty Caden and Eva must mend the damages before it’s too late.

Eva and Caden may not be my favorite charactersin this series, but that doesn’t mean the book wasn’t good. It starts off a little slow in comparison to the other books but it does pick up around chapter10 with some action and then more as the book progresses further. But I feel that the book was intentionally meant to build up slowly because of characterdevelopment. I think my favorite characters in this book was Sabastian & Breesa the mystic's. All in all, another good book from T. A. White and I hope this won’t be the last because I really like this series.

Book Spoilers

Disclaimer: This section might contain Spoilers about the book because, as we read the books we try to provide readers with information that might catch them off guard  and/or trigger them to in one way or another. This is the main reason for this blog was created.

As with most T.A. White books there isn’t much to be weary of in my opinion just some Adult language and Descriptive sex scenes.
